IOSH NW Seminar on New Machinery Directive

The IOSH Ireland North West Committee is holding a Free Evening Seminar on the new Machinery Directive which will come into effect on 29.12.09 with no transition period.

The Machinery Directive in particular sets out minimum legal requirements that affect the health and safety of Machinery Operators.

The presentation will help EHS, Technical and Management Personnel prepare for the new Directive and will affect the following in particular:

- Machine End Users

- Machine Manufacturers

- Assemblers and users of Production lines and robotic cells

The Seminar will be held on Wednesday September 16th 2009 in Days Hotel, Castlebar, Co. Mayo.

Registration is at 6.30 pm and the Seminar will run from 7 – 8.30 pm approximately.
